Biography:
Coach Luis is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling and MMA fighter. Coach Luis has a strong background in folkstyle wrestling which has transitioned well into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and MMA. He’s a huge fan of 1990’s Martial Arts movies such as Bloodsport and anything with Bruce Lee.
He is currently a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt under Professor Mario Lujan and part of GFTeam. Luis has competed at the highest level including notable competitions in IBJJF worlds, Fight 2 Win, Rise of the Prospects and Samurai Soul. He has also competed in MMA under Freedom Fight Night promotion.
You can find Coach Luis teaching the kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class during the week. It’s also very likely you’ll see him teaching the Adults Jiu-Jitsu class and grappling as well.
