Brad Frank

Biography:

From a small town in Wyoming, where wrestling dominated the sports scene. Introduced to the sport at age five, he continued to compete, train, and coach wrestling for the next 37 years, including 20 years as a head high school coach in the Valley. During his coaching career, he coached hundreds of regional, sectional, and state champions and medalists, a couple of All-Americans, and achieved over 300 dual meet victories. For the past 10 years, he has worked with the AZ Boxing and MMA Commission, overseeing hundreds of local MMA events in Arizona and Nevada, including multiple UFC and Bellator events.

In addition to wrestling, he has trained in Kenpo karate and Gracie Jiu Jitsu for several years and grew up around boxing, as his father was a boxer. Truly a lifelong martial artist.

Moreover, he’s a certified Personal Trainer through NASM, a nationally certified Personal Trainer via the NCAA, and a Level 1 and Level 2 Kettlebell Master Instructor through FEO. He’s currently working on certification as a Combat Conditioning Coach Specialist in Joel Jameison’s 8 Weeks Out Program. Whether it’s instruction on powerlifting, functional strength training, sports-specific weight training, weight loss, toning, agility, balance, posture correction, or help with lower back or hip problems, he can assist clients in reaching their fitness goals.
